DR. SHARON PHAM
Dr. Sharon Pham, Ph.D., is a psychologist with Alberta Health Services (AHS) Calgary Zone. She currently practices at the Chronic Pain Centre, where she works closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals in the treatment of individuals with a variety of chronic pain disorders, particularly chronic daily headaches. Dr. Pham is a member of the AHS (Calgary Zone) Psychology Professional Practice Committee, representing over 100 psychologists employed in the Calgary Zone. For the past 5 years, Dr. Pham is an assistant professor of counseling psychology at Providence Theological Seminary. In the past, she has been a board member of the Pain Society of Alberta. Her professional interests include psychological therapies for chronic pain, the role of spirituality in pain coping, the association between post-traumatic stress and chronic pain, and the integration of psychology and theology.
